At this point, we'll attempt to cancel your order and issue a refund.

Please refrain from initiating a chargeback, as this will result in bank fees and prolong the refund process.

Order Delivered:

Within 30 days of purchase, email support@buymycharger.com with your order number and reason for the refund request. The product must meet the following return conditions. You'll be responsible for service fees and shipping costs.

Returning the Product: Pack the product securely, including all accessories and documents, and ship it back to us using a traceable shipping method. Ensure the return authorization number is clearly marked on the package. In order to process your return promptly, include the packing slip, order number, and customer's name in the package.

Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
