Replacement Policy

 

Our replacement policy typically spans three months from the date of receiving your goods. This policy applies exclusively to machines purchased through official channels of BuyMyCharger.

 

Eligibility for Replacement

 

You may request a replacement if, upon receiving your machine, you discover any manufacturing defects, malfunctions, or missing parts confirmed by BuyMyCharger or authorized technicians to be within the warranty scope and irreparable.

 

Terms of Replacement

 

Within 15 days of purchase:

You may request a product replacement. BuyMyCharger will cover round-trip shipping costs to your location.

 

Beyond 15 days of purchase:

You may choose between warranty service or paid product replacement.

 

⦿ Between 15 and 30 days of receipt: You are required to pay a 15% service fee and cover return shipping costs.

⦿ Between 30 days and 3 months of receipt: You are required to pay a 30% service fee and cover return shipping costs.

Note: The above service fee percentages are calculated based on the total price of the product. Should the cost of replacing the machine exceed what you initially paid, you must cover the difference.

 

Procedure for Replacement

 

To request a replacement for your product, please email us at (support@buymycharger.com) detailing your situation. Please refrain from directly returning your machine, as we will not be liable for any items lost as a result.

 

Estimated Time for Replacement Arrival

 

Processing a replacement typically takes 12 working days, with shipping time depending on distance and logistics. If any fees are required, we will ship your replacement upon receipt of the payment into our account.

 

Ineligible for Replacement

 

You cannot request replacement under the following circumstances:

 

The product has been received for over three months.

The product was purchased through a non-BuyMyCharger channel.

Products returned to BuyMyCharger do not include all original accessories, attachments, or packaging, or are damaged due to improper use.

After appropriate testing, it is found that the product has no defects.

Faults or damages caused by improper use, maintenance, or storage, such as:

⦿ Mishandling;

⦿ Using the product for unreasonable purposes;

⦿ Improper insertion or removal of external devices;

⦿ Accidental drops or improper external crash;

⦿ Exposure to inappropriate temperatures, solvents, acids, alkalis, water ingress, etc.;

⦿ Damage caused by insect or rodent infestation or foreign objects invading the product or its components (such as casing, components, circuits, etc.), resulting in damage, dust, or breakage.

Faults or damages caused by installation, repair, alteration, addition, or disassembly by unauthorized institutions or personnel not authorized by BuyMyCharger.

Modification, alteration, or removal of original identification information of the product or its components.

Damage caused by uncontrollable external events (fires, floods, strong winds, or thunderstorms).

Products received by BuyMyCharger fail to be returned within seven (7) calendar days after BuyMyCharger confirms the replacement request.
